Starting her career as a trainee in Trichy after completing her B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Smrithi quickly grew into a skilled ERP consultant by embracing challenges and stepping beyond her comfort zone. Her professional journey took her across major cities including Chennai, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai, and eventually to Dubai, where she gained valuable international project experience.
Driven by the desire to create something of her own, Smrithi transitioned from employee to entrepreneur and founded Teapot Techies Pvt Ltd. Today, with 4 years of successful entrepreneurship, she leads the company in delivering ERP solutions, industry-specific software products, and digital transformation services while also building a collaborative co-working ecosystem in Trichy.
